With the location being in the heart of busy Takapuna, the Client’s vision was to create a relaxed, casual, but inviting restaurant where people could enjoy good food and drink before catching a movie upstairs or just enjoy the atmosphere as a casual night out.
 
The main aim was to create an open plan type restaurant, where the kitchen was visible to visiting patrons so the dining experience would involve significant interaction between staff and customers, and to create a comfortable and stylish bar area using a range of seating options.
